Social Media Management

The Social Media Management position requires someone who's detail-oriented, organized, can write effective copy, and has an eye for good design. Candidate should have an understanding of how social media can be leveraged for business growth and be able to demonstrate ability to complete the tasks listed below as primary responsibilities. Knowing how to work with Trello, Canva, and Buffer, or their equivalents, is preferred.

How we'll determine a great fit for this position:
Culture-fit first, ability and versatility second, experience and training third.

Primary responsibilities include:
  1. Planning effective social media strategies for each client based on preliminary research; channels may include Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google
  2. Putting together and keeping an up-to-date social media posting schedule/calendar that accounts for client-relevant events, local news, holidays, interests, and more
  3. Researching and selecting ideas, creating and designing well branded content, and scheduling social media posts for each client on a daily/weekly basis
  4. Monitoring client's social media channels and responding to questions, comments, and reviews based on pre-defined standards
  5. Analyzing and reporting metrics relevant to each client's social media strategy
Other responsibilities may include:
  1. Blog post publishing to client websites
  2. Data analysis, insight, and reporting
  3. PPC campaign setup, optimization, and management​
  4. Developing customer personas
  5. ​Setting at least one high score on the arcade cabinet
